This checklist is for all those hard working trucks out there. Flatbeds or Pantecs, big or small this one is for you. It also covers any attached hydraulics such as cranes or tailgate lifts etc.
Download and print our free version (A4 size) or purchase a custom pack if you want a carbon-copy book to keep in the glove-box. We'll give you a call ASAP to go over your requirements and then we'll send you a draft to approve before printing.
Custom Book Specifications

A5 BOOK SIZE. The books are 148x210mm (that's about 6" x 8" for our US readers and any time-travellers from before the 1960s).
- WIRO BINDING. We've used wiro binding so you can flip the completed forms around to the back and out of the way.
- PERFORATED. We've perforated the top copy of the forms. They will tear out neatly and won't jam the scanner. The admin staff will love it!
- DUPLICATE SETS. The checklist forms are in duplicate (carbon copy). Top copy tears out, bottom copy stays in the book.
- OPTIONS. We can easily modify these specifications to suit your requirements e.g. A4 size, staple binding, triplicate forms, page numbering, coloured forms.
- FREE ARTWORK. We offer a complimentary hour of artwork time which usually covers changes such as adding a logo or changing the colours.

Here are the steps we take when you order the customised books.
- Once we get the order we will contact you to work out what you need.
- We then prepare a draft version and send it through to you to check.
- You then email back any changes or if it is OK to print.
- Once you have approved the artwork we start printing. This usually takes 7-10 business days.
- The books are then delivered with Australia Post (or courier for larger orders).
